Congenital trigger thumb

My 20 months twins one boy and one girl whose thumb is partially bent.
Girl's both thumbs are bent and Boy his left thumb is bent.
The orthopedic Dr. has diagnosed it as'Trigger Thumb' which is a congenital birth defect and has suggested minor surgery. Any alternative homeopathy cure?
