Shoulder pain during workout

Hi,

I do weight training and for last 6 months I am facing problem in my both shoulders. Whenever I am trying to lift any weight above my head or any excercise for shoulder then I am having some problem like popping and cracking sound in shoulder joints. I am also feeling pain in left rear deltoids. I feel like my left shoulder power has decreased by 50%. I can't perform in gym . I am feeling pain only at the time of workout. I have consult with one doc and he said this is due to frozen shoulder and he advised to take custicum 30 . I am taking casticum 30 for last 2 months but still whenever I workout I am feeling that pain and shoulder popping sound specially in left shoulder and rear deltoid . I am not able to understand it is due to rotator cuff injury or frozen shoulder . Pls advise...

What was the cause for it?how it satrted?
Pain started from too much work outs 6 months ago?
When is the pain more? Only when lifting ? Any other particular time? On waking? Better by heart application?

Hi,

I am feeling pain only during my workout. Whenever I am lifting any weight above my head like any shoulder press exercise then I am feeling pain specially in my left deltoids. I feel like bones are rubbing with each other .I have tried hot and cold compression, sprays but still I am having same problem during workout.

take arnica 10m 3pills in some water drink 1teaspoon from it.report changes after 24 hours
