The ABC Homeopathy Forum

21 year old. Chronic Depression. (Serious post. Doctors please help me.)

Hello Sir/Madam. This is my desperate attempt to set my life straight. I've been suffering from few ailments lately and can't get over them. To begin with them, I've had a bad acne as a teen which hit me hard at psychological level, destroying every ounce of confidence and self esteem in me. I'd started to feel I was worthless and was continuously judging about my looks. As a kid before the acne I was center of attraction wherever I went because of my looks. I've been like so for almost 4 years of my college now. My acne is almost gone now but left deep scars on my face and my psyche. I've been depressed about it for as long as I can remember. Lately other things have added themselves on that list. I've started to my hairline around the corners of my forehead recede and was recently diagnosed with folliculitis of the scalp. My eyes look sunken now with dark patches around them. I can't sleep soundly at night and often feel sleepy and exhausted during the day. A year ago, I started to masturbate which quickly got out of control not that I found it extremely pleasurable. I masturbated once or twice everyday for almost 8 months before I quit recently. I have no problem in quitting it. All these symptoms started to show up around one or two months after I started masturbating. I'm now afraid that I've damaged my body beyond repair indulging in masturbation. Almost when I started masturbating, I had taken few doses of Nat Mur on suggestion by my aunt (I can't remember why exactly I took the dose. It was probably for cold). As it happens, I took a lot more of dosage I should have taken for I didn't know about homeopathic medication. Right after the dosage or overdosage, I observed that my nails turned bluish black and my skin darker by couple of shades. I wonder the overdosage would manifest itself in above manners and is the reason for my whole problems. I'm by nature very attentive to details who overthinks a lot and with good share of fears and phobias. I could sometimes be extremely introverted and am emotionally sensitive. Lately I'd started to feel a drop in my cognitive abilities. My memory has become weak and hazy and problem solving isn't as quick as it used to be. I wonder if my sleep deficiency is causing these problems and if yes, how can I get them back? I might be being paranoid about all my problems for no reason, but those are really bothering me every moment, making me almost suicidal at times. My social life a toll too which I think is no surprise in a case of chronic depression. Could you please help me with my problems.

Other symptoms include floaters in the vision, tingling sensation or numbness in the legs after squatting for a little while, fluctuations in my weight (decreased and increased recently - sometimes I overeat), anxiety - palpitations of the heart and loss of mental clarity at moments of stress/pressure.
