Multiple System Atrophy
My father has been diagnosed with the MSA disease.currently he has been suffering from one of its symptoms i.e. Urinary retention problem. His urine dribbles and at nights his bed gets wet due to urine. doctors have catheterized him to avoid retention of urine in bladder.
moreover, he also have constipation issues, slurred speech, Abnormal giat while walking and extreme weakness.
Is there any homeopathic medicine to cure his disease.
his age is 64.

ANS: 1. He used to complain about urinary retention, sudden darkness in front of eyes and weakness in legs, tremors is observed when he is picking / putting something on / from table, Constipation is also problem but has been reduced since he has started using PAPAYA and BANANA.

ANS: URGENCY OF URINATION WHEN COME BACK HOME AFTER DRIVING, AT AGE OF 61 he started complaining about sudden darkness in front of eyes and weakness in left leg wide gait when walking. Weakness is such that he needs support while walking. Walking activity is reduced to zero currently.
b)When Its Better,for each complaint (eg: by pressure,what time,by heat, by cold, any season,any food, eating,after sleep,by sweat,after stool & urine ,after bathing etc.?)
ANS: symptoms are worst in morning and improve little a bit in evening.

ANS: SAD/ FEAR OF DYING, FEEL ALONE

Describe more about psoriasis? Which part is affected? Since how long? When it's more? When it's better? Worse by any food items?

mostly head, neck and legs were affected by Psoriasis. we tried Hakeem medicine and it worked. Now no patches of psoriasis on his head and neck.
currently he is so weak that he can't walk at his own.
He do not know when he is urinating. Swelling on his either feet or both sometimes.
