need help for spasticity

8. List out all your PROBLEMS with its since how long,where,what you feel etc:in an order(which came first then which came?
ANS: born at 36th week.
placental rupture due to very high blood pressure of mother.
delayed cry...lack of oxygen...no spontaneous breathing.
was kept in NICU for 2 weeks
2.2 kg at the time of birth.
crawled at the age of 18 months.
neck holding n eye focus was perfect.
teething very late.only one tooth came and then after long time the other one.
not proper crawling on all 4 but he dragged his right side.
while we made him sit...tilted on one side.
NOW:
HE attends normal regular school.
very bright...st position holder...I q level very high.
no issue in eating....drinking..learning...understanding or comprehending.
very quick in maths.
PROBLEM
Right sided hemiplegia
Right leg n arm have week n spastic muscles.only toe touches the ground the rest of foot is in the air.
writes.eats.drinks with left hand and does not use right hand.
Right side has slow n week movement.
walk n stand with support only.




a)Worsening factors for each complaint (eg:-by pressure,what time,heat,cold,season,food,eating,after
sleep,by sweat,,by stooping,after stool & urine,after bathing etc.?)
ANS: when he sleeps keeps his legs folded for the whole of night.

b)When Its Better,for each complaint (eg: by pressure,what time,by heat, by cold, any season,any food, eating,after sleep,by sweat,after stool & urine ,after bathing etc.?)
ANS: its always same.

9. Mind:sensitive/angry/sad/weeping/fear of/anxiety/shy etc.,memory,desire company,grief,lewd etc.
ANS:
OMG...DR. he is very lively...happy...jolly...full of life...all sports lover...watches n plays all sports.all foot ball and cricket teams and players names are on his finger tips.he manages to play cricket and foot ball in any way.never tired or sad or inferiority complex is not his area.he is very active in class is loud n bold never feels down due to his problem.participates in all competitions like IKLC.good mood always.memory is hi-fi.
10. Thermal:which weather do you prefer hot or cold? Which is NOT tolerable?
ANS: in think he is more happy in summer as he is free to move about.

11. Frequent or occasional nausea,vomiting to any food,headache,gas trouble,leucorrhea(white discharge-females) ,dandruff,hairfall etc.explain if any
ANS: nothing at all

12. Stool:regular/quantity/frequent desire/satisfied/bleeding?
ANS: stool very regular since birth.1 solid stool every day.

13. Urine: regular/quantity/frequent desire/satisfied

good regular normal urine.
14. Menses: regular,how many days,frequency of cycle,any complaints before or during menses like pimples,backache,white discharge,pain in abdomen,legs etc.,irritability,constipation,diarrhea,nausea etc?

in summers he sweats a lot but in winter often his palms and soles are wet.

16. Sleep:satisfied/disturbed?particular dreams?
ANS:
very good n sound sleep since birth...no disturbance.
17. Appetite: how often,quantity,satisfied?
ANS: he takes good lunch n dinner but is not ready to eat or drink in breakfast at all he says I don't feel good to eat in the morning.I give him milk in bottle in the morning during sleep bcz when he gets up.he doesn't drink.says I feel nausea while eating early morning.

18. Thirst: how many glasses ?how often?
ANS:
takes good amount of water at home all day but doesn't use or even open the bottle at school.
19. Cravings:salt/sweet/sour /milk/egg/meat/veg/fruit/vinegar etc.
ANS: loves chocolate n honey milk...loves omelets...likes all meats but not sea foods.no vinegar or sour.
CRAZY for each n every fruit like peach,guava,mango,straw berry.etc.
doesn't like veggies.
likes salty n rice dishes but is MAD for chocolates...cakes...pastries.....cookies ànd ICE CREAMS a lot.

20. Aversion: salt/sweet/sour /milk/egg/meat/veg/fruit/vinegar etc.
ANS: as given above.

21. Intolerant foods if any which might be your favorite or not.
ANS:
plain veggies he never likes
22. How is your sex life?no desire/premature ejaculation/no erection/painful sex?
ANS:

23. Do you have diabetes/BP/Cholestrol/thyroid etc Done any surgey ?
ANS:all tests including brain ultrasound and Thyrouds clear
at the time of birth.
MIR done at the age of 3.
it is written on it that there is T2 flare hyperintensity more toward left.
24. Do you have any skin complaints-itching,warts,rashes,discoloration etc.?
ANS:
dry itchy skin
25. List out all medicines you have taken till now and its result
ANS: lots of muscle relaxants which did not relaxed the muscles but ruined the appetite.
many herbal n homeo also tried but no result.only 1 thing changed that before he kept right fist tightly closed now it is always open n relaxe.before at the age of 2 muscle of thighs were very tight but now a bit better.before when he was sleeping it was hard to straight them but now comparatively easily to straighten his legs.

26. Any other things which you think it make you unique from others?
plz reply asap as i m worried as i can't carry him any where.

1.irritability,anger,sadness which is more?
ANS:He is never angery except for small and minute arguments with brother and sister over tab or games.He is a very sweet natured boy always laughing and smiling and enjoying.

2.silent grief?want company or wants to be alone?
ANS:He always wants to be among family and group and friends.never prefers to stay alone.he is very friendly.
3.when he is depressed,he hate or love to be consoled?
ANS: He wants to be loved,cared and consoled.when we scold him and he is depressed or upset or crying he looks at us and hopes to be hugged and consoled.when we love and hug him he is tamed and calm and obedient all at once.sometimes when he is not in mood of studies or homework , if we scold and force and say angrily or shout,he is not that willing to obey bt when I change my harsh tone and ask him with sweetness that u r my sweet boy and best child,he all at once obeys and gets ready to do the task.
4. when the spasm is more ? during hot or cold weather?
ANS:The spam is always the same but I think it is slightly more while or after bathing.it is a bit better whe he wakes up in the morning.either hot or cold the position of foot and leg is ALWAYS same.
the big muscle I don't know what it is called,but the muscle that passes under the knee and is inside the thigh till the heel is very very tight and stiff
bcz of it knee does not rest down even he is lying down.that muscle can be felt with finger press how tight and rigid it is like a rope or clothesline or iron bar.
5.headache on sun heat exposure?
ANS:NO HEADACHES
6.frequent mouth ulcer?
NO MOUTH ULCER IS EXPERIENCED

i want to bring one thing into notice that whenever i call or shout or all of a sudden i say somethings,,,when he is busy in somethinh,,,he jumps and says u made me afraid i think weakness of nerves.

one more thing that his teething was late.
only one tooth appeared at the age of 16 months then the other one came after 4-5 months.
now teeth are loosing late .one tooth is hanging for 3 months and not falling.
upper jaw is narrow and elevated.
lower jaw is perfect.teeth are fine and small and white shining.no cavity no plaque.
although upper teeth are also small and beautiful like pearls but bcz of the shape of jaw it seems that they are big as the can be seen on lips often.

Sometimes right leg shakes like tree branch or vibrating string .specially after physio therapy when her leg insert to replace it shakes and moves prominently

Hello Dr.
Here I am to report back about my son.
He took NUX. VOMICA 1 DROP as prescribed last Sunday.and he is taking Cal. PHOS. 3 pills three times a day.
NO SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IS OBSERVED
1_When I make him stand with the support of my fingers,the Right leg goes in banana shape...only the toe touches the ground and the rest of the feet is in the air.
2_when I asked him to raise his both arms up...As usual the right arm went slow while the left was raised rapidly.
3_the moment I leave the support he falls down after a short pause.
4_only yesterday when he was lying down on the bed with straight legs,I noticed that both the legs were soft and flexible than before and the legs could touch the surface of the bed,but today when I assessed they were same stiff as always...a bit higher ,not touching the bed like a tight rope or clothesline.
