Nose drops compatible with homeopathy?

I wonder if I can use sodium chloride solution as nose drops (for a runny nose) during constitutional treatment. I mean "Sterimar" spray, which is said to contain only sea water and I would assume it could not affect the homeopathic treatment. So is it really safe to use?

(it does not contain mint or eucalyptus)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Salt water will not affect homeopathic remedies .

It EFFECTS the characterisitc symptom picture--less clarity to monitor and prescribe upon---particularly if use of spray is used for reasoning similar to reason for taking homoepathic remedy---or if symptoms for which nasal spray is used --occurred after taking homoeopathic remedy---ONLY A CAREFUL PRESCRIBER AND UNBIASED OBSERVOR--will elicit what effect or not--no simple answer---but ALWAYS best to reframe from any other medicine use--while under homoeopathic treatment--so as to get symptoms unadultrted in any way..
