Help needed for mild subluxation of thumb basal joint

I visited doctor today and X-ray confirmed mild basal thumb joint subluxation. There is no sign of arthritis. Doctor says I need something to reduce inflammation.

In Janauary 2017, I experienced wrist pain after prolonged periods of raking leaves, using broom to sweep up leaves, picking up leaves and repeatedly placing them in a tall container. I rested for 3 weeks and pain went away. Then I repeated same activities for 2 days and wrist pain returned and has persisted for 2 months.

The pain is located in the median nerve, styloid process region and occasionally affects ulnar bone. Pain is aching, tight feeling along the median nerve. Pain occurs daily. It is worse from movement but it also occurs at rest.
Wearing a splint at night relieves night time pain caused by bending my wrist.
I noticed that pain is also worse from damp wet weather and improved by sunny warm days.

Can someone please suggest a remedy? Thank you for your help. Declan

Thank you. I ordered Arnica 10M pellets yesterday. I will update you later. Radiologist called today, says that I have mild decreased bone density of radius, ulnar and carpal bone. Will you please recommend a remedy for this.

Dear Dr. Thoufeeque,

Thank you so much for your help.

I took Arnica 10M once only and Calcarea Phosphorus tissue salts three weeks ago. After 8 days I experienced 98% pain relief.

Today I visited hand surgeon. He diagnosed chronic wrist tendonitis. The pain occurs on the radial styloid process and on the ulnar region. The doctor said there is probably scar tissue which is contributing to the pain and swelling of the thumb pad area. There is no sign of arthritis or a fracture. I have to wear a wrist support until my follow up appointment in three weeks. If pain still persists I may need a steroid injection.

Will you kindly recommend a remedy for this condition. Best wishes and gratitude.

Dear Dr. Thoufeeque,

The pain still persists. It occurs on the front and back of ulnar bone and around the radial styloid process region. There is sharp pain on the radial styloid process when I move my thumb towards the bottom of the pinky finger. Aching pain affects entire wrist for hours if I use it. Wrist pain is worse from movement, not being supported, exercise, bending wrist, circular motions. The pain is improved by rest and using a wrist brace. There is a lot of clicking, cracking noises upon wrist rotation. Hand surgeon mentioned that tight forearm muscles are pulling on tendons and ligaments may be lax around first metacarpal thumb joint. Thank you for your help.
