nose sore

I have sore in right nostril's along with burning sensation and sharp pain right side on nose bone.It has been more than one week now and pain spreading to right ear too.
Please help me to get the right remedy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Merc Sol 200 before meals and Sulphur 200 after meals twice a day for 5 days.
