Demystify mystery healing
Hi there,2013 - I began feeling a certain weakness in my legs and a full body checkup revealed a case of hypothyroidism (TSH = 11.9; normal range 0.5 to 4.5). My endocrinologist put me on synthetic hormone which brought the TSH values near the normal range and also helped alleviate the weakness felt in my legs. A year later I learnt that as per this allopathic treatment -I am expected t o take the synthetic hormone all my life. Also this allopathic treatment didn't help with side symptoms like neck and back pain.
2014 - After taking synthetic hormones are for 12-13 months I switched to a renowned homepathic doctor. The homeopath stopped my synthetic hormone immediately. The neck & back pains were assuaged within months but a a severe lethargy crept in and the weakness in my legs returned with a bang. He asked me not to go for a blood test (to check thyroid levels).
2017- nearly three years of homeopathic treatment and the overall results of my hypothyroidism and related symptoms were a notch below satisfactory. I was ok - at best. This renowned doctor was mainly suggesting me 30D potency of China, Hypercum, Rux Tox, Mezereum etc. In Feb 2017 I switched my homeopathic doctor just to see if we can break the "just ok" status quo.
Feb 2017 my TSH value was 9.85 (11.9 in 2013; normal range 0.5 to 4.5). This value was recorded the day I switched to the new homeopathic doctor.there were some improvement since i switched to this new homeopath.
Mar 2017 - I developed a severe upper respiratory tract (throat) infection with fever. I had chest congestion too. I described my fever and chest congestion to new homeopathic doctor - he prepared the medicines (poly-pharmacy) and asked me to take these every 2 hours. I believe these included medication for my chest,throat, fever as well as my hypothyroid issues.
These homeopathic medicines (I don't know which ones) I took 4-5 times a day but these didn't help much with my fever and throat issues. I had to resort to antibiotics. My ENT doctor also asked me to gargle with betadine. In the middle of my antibiotics course my homeopathic medicines finished and the homeo doctor said he'll give me new medicines when the fever subsides completely.
Now this is the first time I am without homeopathic medicines in 3 years. At this time I am only on antibiotics , betadine gargling and crocin. After a few days of no homepathic medicines I started to notice that my thyroid symptoms showing respite too. The weakness in my legs and arms is better. Another two days (maybe 4-5 total of no homeopathic meds at all) my fever,throat, and chest is better and so are my thyroid symptoms. I went for a blood test to quantify this improvement in my thyroid symptoms and my TSH is now 7.82 (Feb 2017 it was 9.85) . This 2 point dip that certainly happened during my throat infection days, the days when i was off of all homeo medicines (for the first time 3 years) is the mystery. I covet your insight into what could have happened ?

Homeo meds are not meant to be taken every day- if a good match to
Your condition , they stimulate the life force to heal and put the body into balance. This is due to the fact that the human body will not accept two similar diseases at the same time.
The homeo med is a second similar
(Copy of the disease state) the body recognizes this and increases the life force to clear the remedy and it will then clear the real underlying disease also.
Usually, when the body reacts to a remedy-one stops the remedies. Because the remedy is acting and the life force is clearing(google herings law of cure) if you give more doses you stop the clearing process,
And a person can get symptoms back or develop new symptoms that are listed in materia medica of the remedy.
Everyone is in a different state of vitality and depending on how well the remedy is matched , and potency? A person is monitored and guided based on response.
In your case, it is not an easy cure.
Perhaps the first homeopath was just trying to have you control the disease with homeo meds instead of allopathic meds- but you really cannot get cure taking those meds over and over.
Not knowing what second dr is giving?
No one could explain.
