adhd/hyperactivity-4 yo boy

My son is 4 yo and is on the mover from dawn until dusk. He is always wanting to move...whether rolling around on the couch/diving from one side to the other....or running wherever he goes. he is always seeking fun whether appropriate timing or not and gets upset if he does not have that reciprocated. he always wants to race but always wants to win or gets upset. He is friendly and will instigate fun by poking or pushing friends but never out of malice. when he gets in trouble he will often say the little man in my belly made me do it. he has trouble getting to sleep and wants to sleep with his sister and needs night-lights on for fear of dark or I must often accompany him in places that are dark. he can be a good eater when he wants to be but will always drink cold drinks. he rarely wants the covers on in bed and and he will almost always be sweating on his head at the slightest exertion. he has a constant clear runny nose that he will always put his fingers in and lick and therefor lips and nose often chapped. recently at an informal meeting we got a "he is on the high end of active". he CAN listen in class when he wants but does not respond well to time outs (will often laugh at teacher). He can be very silly/class clown...wants a laugh/attention. he will always break free and run in a crowd....no fear of getting lost. and he is SUPER FAST! always when running and moving...he is very fast...to the point people have stopped us (from catching him) to tell us to make sure and put him in sports....ha. any help is much appreciated.

There is nothing wrong with his being fast and active child. If you are wanting a remedy for clear mucous going on try nat mur 6x cell salt.
Give him 2 tabs twice a day for a couple days and report.

Iodium 30c is not what he needs and
The amount is way too much besides.

Thank you both for your reply. I appreciate you taking the time. Reading my encyclopedia of homeopathy, Iodum reads more like my son (so does tarantula hispanica). However, I will investigate both of your suggestions. Kindest Regards.

Hi,

I used to be a teacher and counselor.
And one of my children also acted similar to your child. Often kids with high energy act this way, means they are Also an extroverted personality and hard to keep up with!

In addition not everyone has the same style of learning - especially boys find it hard to sit still- your child is very young and in u s a they would be in pre school for a few hours only 3 days a week and most activity is playing.

There are ways to parent, like having a set slow down routine an hour before bed and also checking diet for too much sugar etc. my children also went thru wanting a nightlight, fear of dark etc. they grew out of it.

Just concerned that teachers etc are jumping the gun here talking ADHD, etc and medicine that is changing their normal nature is harmful.

Cell salts are mild and gently adjust things. You can work on mucous and then go from there.

Also on this forum anyone anywhere can suggest ? With no background or training. Click user names to see past posts. Forum members are obligated to post when a prescription can be harmful. 21 doses of iodium is not ok.

Thank you Simone717! I appreciate your words :) Believe me....we are not looking to medicate (quite the opposite at this point). We have been following a Feingold approach to diet (no artificial anything etc), working on more extensive positive parenting tactics etc...he just had a hard time following rules without laughing/acting out etc and I am sort of wanting to help me help him if that makes sense. I will read up on your suggestion. thanks so much.

You know the best way to do this is see a homeopath with the child.

Many , many homeopaths will not prescribe for kids online, or even Skype. They want to see the child with the mom.

In your case it really is difficult to discern and ADHD etc is thrown around way too much .
