Profound difference between 1M and 1MK?

I had taken a remedy in C200 which had helped greatly for a few weeks then stopped working. Later I tried 1M but it was a MK and I didn't have much effect from that. Can it be that a MK is less effective as an M? Is there a profound difference? I think the remedy is still the right one, and when I am very low, the C200 still does help a bit but not as deeply as the first time so I think I might need a higher potency. Should I try a 1M again, this time not a MK, or maybe a 10M?
KInd regards

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It happens many times with homeopathy. First time the remedy does wonder but it doesn't work as good next time. Many times a remedy that works in 200 fails to work in 1M potency. May be there is some miasm lurking in the background or there may be some maintaining cause.
