Hair thin and hair fall

i am facing hair fall and my hair becomes very thin.Can i use natrum mur30 with olive oil externally

Pls state when this started, your age, gender, exact locations on scalp and other parts of the body ( if there).
In meantime start washing your hair with salty hot water and massaging with water.
