Zakawat e hiss
hello All,I really appreciate all the help that the good homepaty practioners are giving to the people who need help. I tried to search if i can find something similiar to me but in all the cases which I read there was always some symptoms which I do not have and I also think that people should not take medicines unless the symptoms of the guy who is suggested the medicines are 100% same.
I have some Sexual problems
Age: 32
Not married.
hight 5feet 11 inch
weight 71kg.
I did not masturbate a lot may be once a week, sometimes not for even months. Dont remember the last time I masturbated or got a nightfall. but my penis is bent downwards like a banana and thin at the root.
I do get erection but not sure if its hard enough or not.
Have not done intercourse yet so no idea how would I do in sex.
My problem is
If I get sexual thoughts or watch an erotic movie then I immediately get an erection and a thin clear liquid comes out of my penis. The erection comes with in a 10-15 seconds and the drops come after 15-20 seconds or erection.
I also get a urine drop after 10 minutes to an hour after urination but not sure if this is related or not.
Some one told me that I have "Zakawat e hiss" and that means that I have lot of heat in my body and I need to get this out of my body.
If any one could help me I will be very thankfull.

Sorry for the late reply, I did not know that you have posted for an update. I just received the medicines today and will start it today IA.
Just want to mention that do i need to strictly follow the 4 hour thing, because it will be very hard for me to eat after 4 hour of sleep or taking when I am sleeping.
Also do I need to take them on an empty stomach?

I followed the advise and took the medicine as you suggested. I made sure that i dont eat atleast 30 minutes anything before or after eating the globules. I also made sure that i dont drink anythin except water with in 15 minutes after and before but I am not cured at the moment.
I also followed the schedule properly except for a couple of time where I forgot to take the dose after 4 hours and took them may be with in 5-6 hours.
Any more help would be appreciated.

I had an erection just by thinking about talking to a girl i like. and the same white liquid came out with in 30 seconds.
Also I just noted that I have a stiffed vein on the left side of my penis. Its as stiff as like a thin pin. And its going up to the base and then towards the joint between the legs and upper body. I am not sure if that is related.

Do you mean the old medicine, If yes then I am taking the medicine regularly. Its been 20 days already. Should I continue the medicine for 10 more days?

I happened to read some of your posts on Premature Ejaculation on on webpage and wanted to tell you my problem. Thank you in advance for your help. I am a 35 year old guy suffering from premature ejaculation. I have never faced this issue during my 20's but as soon as I hit 30, I started discharging within 30secs to a minute of intercourse.
I had some acne problem and when I was 30 and a dermatologist gave me Isotretonin for about a year in two cycles. I also read on some forums that Isotrerinin hampers the libido. However my sexual drive is still pretty great but sometimes when I am not stressed about sex I have a good erection but when I am thinking about the PE problem I don’t even get good erections. Its really an embarrassing problem that I need to get rid off. I was a regular teen growing up and never had this issue a few years ago.

zali: Pls start with Cal Phos 6x + Kali Phos 6X twice daily; 4tabs each. Come back after 10 days. Pls start a separate post for yourself.
