Need to lower creatinine.pls help

I am a patient with stage 4 ckd.gfr is at 19.creatinine has increased from 215 umol to 246 umol.i am 40 yrs old and have had extensive kidney damage due to lupus..last 25 yrs.potassium is 4.8 at present.i have some homeopathic medicines with me like aal serum 7x,solidago q and arsenic album.not sure of the correct dosages to use for effectiveness.i need urgent help.i have had a bad cold the last week too..appreciate some advice please..

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take 5 drops of Solidago Q twice a day for 7 days.

You may take Arsenicum Album 30 twice a day for few days for your cold.

Thank you for your kind reply..i shall take solidago and report back.i have blood tests at end of the month..appreciate your help..

Dear Dr Kadwa

I thought I'd update you with my results..i took solidago as instructed and the creatinine has come down to from 246 to 221..this is in 15 days..im relieved at this as I have been worried.should I continue at this dose of solidago?i also see albumin in my urine..is there anything that could control this..i had +2 in my last urine protein test.many thanks for helping me sir..
