Silicea 6X aggravation in behavior

My wife has red acne marks on her right side cheek. She started using it & the scars started to heal or dissolve but I noticed that Silicea 6X also induced obstinacy in her behavior. She would not let things go until fully discussed at that very moment. We decided to ditch 6X & started using Silicea 30C but the progress was either very slow or not at all.

Can anyone please suggest how she can use Silicea 6X without any unnecessary aggravation in her behavior or attitude?

Give her a dose of chamomilla 200 or 1m
If silicea 6x is working then some obstination can be forgiven

Well she is not just obstinate but infact becomes almost like an unmovable rock. This infact led to a huge arguments between us when she was on Silicea 6X. I have Chamomilla 30CH instead of 200. Would that work? If yes then how should I give her the doses throughout the day?

Give her twice a day for three days in 30
