Umbilical hernia - protrusion - colic - URGENT

What are the homoeopathic mother tincture and Biochemic used for umbilical hernia?

Apart from constitutional medicine I want to use these?

I have heard about Calc. Flour 6x and Granatum 1x for protrusion.

Other symptoms : Severe colic pain about navel worse sitting and standing better lying; pain extend to right ; actual protrusion below navel ; old age ; constipation ; itching in legs ; pain in thigh (right++) worse when rising from chair ; drowsiness ; burning of soles ; left palm nd fingers go numb after holding things like books ; age 64 ; female ; worries about the protrusion ( physical appearance) more and then about pain ; worried about falling of teeth ; pain in navel and epigastric region on coughing ; the protrusion lump is about size of two closed fist and goes inside when lying on back ; reducible umbilical hernia ; thinks she has no place to go ;
