Trigeminal Neuralgia on left side of face

I am a female, 48 years old. Have been diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia on left side of the face for the last 4 years. Sever Pain while Eating, Brushing, gargling, touching left side of face and lips. Am on Gabapentin 900mg. Was under control, but suddenly the pain has aggravated tremendously over the last 2-3 months. Does not seem to subside with the 900mg of Gabapentin. Pain is felt every 5-7 mins at the Lower left jaw gums between the last two molars and the upper left jaw gums between the last two molars. The pain lasts for about 30-40 seconds each time. I have tried Spigelia - but did not help. I am now trying Mag Phos. Please advise any further - thank you very much.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Did you go to a dentist? Get your teeth/ gums checked first, and come back, with the report.

Mag Phos is a brilliant idea. Other possibilities are Staphysagria and Belladonna.
