Migratory Arthritis
My wife, aged 71 is suffering from migratory arthritis for the past two decades. It started with the big toe of the left foot, migrated to upper joints and is now centered on the right ankle joint.2. The joint get deformed under the influence of the arthritis.
3. She inherited this disease from her mother.
4. In order to arrive at a suitable selection of medicine I shall give below a few of her characteristics.
{a} She is an easy going person, seeks laughter at every opportunity.
{b} She is a late riser, is very fond of gardening and is not intellectually inclined.
5. I shall be grateful for any help to alleviate her condition.

It appears like she is having Rheumatoid arthritis. This being autoimmune disorder and inherited very difficult even to control additionally at her age.
But if you want to give it a try give more details:
Write about following:
Age/Gender/Location/Country/Ethnicity. Height / Weight /Skin color/Hair color/Eye color.
Intolerance to HOT / COLD weather. Thirsty / Thirst-less.
Likes to read / write / study? Likes to help / care others at home? Is s/he obedient, respects others?
Give details of his/her main health problem: when, how, why it started? How it has progressed till date? What treatments were given? What is the result of each treatment? What’s doctors’ opinion?
Write about other health problems in detail.
For children (under 5yrs age): Write about mother’s mental physical health during pregnancy, delivery, soon after delivery. Any complications during delivery; Baby’s health soon after delivery.
Write in detail about his/her – emotions, fears, sentiments, etc. his/her personality, habits, feelings about life, etc.
Write in detail about his/her life: social, family, schooling, etc. Mention about incidences that might have influenced or impacted his/her mind / health / life considerably.
Write about what common opinions most teachers (other people) have about him/her; what most people comment /say about his/her frequently; how they react / interact with him/her & why?
Write something unique about him/her (how he/she is different from others or what makes him/her special).
