Weight-loss and lyme

Hi I'm 37 5'3 and I weigh 210 pounds. I'm obese. I was first exposed to mold in 2015 and that is when my lyme systems started since then I have gained 40 pounds. No motivation. I feel like losing weight will help

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi karlee,

Since Lyme is caused by the bacteria from a deer tick....

Usually people have symptoms as it starts to cause havoc with your health.

It would seem to me that mold exposure could then be a problem as your body would be already struggling from lyme.

When did you get Lyme?
Was it treated? Is it healed?

When was the mold exposure? What kind of mold and how long was the exposure?
Are you currently in any place that has mold?

To get your health and weight in balance, the causative factors have to be determined.

I am currently treating lyme with antibiotics and homeopathy. I suspect I have had lyme since I was shuttle because both my boys have the bands for it. I had my first at 17 yrs old. So I think it was dormant. Then black mold exposure in 8/2015 that's when the lyme came out. Since then we got rid of the mold and I. Also getting treatment with a binder to remove the mold from my body.

Hi,

I am guessing some homeopath is supervising your Lyme treatment?

So you would not want to conflict with that treatment by taking other remedies.people do come on here often thinking a remedy will help with weight loss , but actually the standard advice is : exercise, eat 75 percent of portions , have protein, vegetables and reduce carbs.

Hi karlee.

What symptoms of lyme disease are you witnessing.

Regarding weight gain it is both physical and psychological but can be helped.

I need your prakriti/vikriti analysis at holisticonline.Com under ayurveda section.

Though it would come out kapha only.

Please relate since beginning all your problems.

Being kapha bitter pungent and astringent taste are for you that will help in weight reduction but I bet these are the tastes you don't like currently.

You currently like sweet sour and salty mostly.confirm it.

Right at this point I feel apathy like thewhole world is passing me by. It hurts to walk, think or talk. I'm 210 and 5'3 I just went out and I was just not happy. It hurts to even laugh like I did abdominal crunches
