Hair-Loss medicine Lyco?

Hello All,
My doctor had suggested the following medicines to be bought for treatment of hair-loss.

Oral medicine:

Acid Phos (potential 30 )-> 5 balls in morning
Acid Flour (potential 30 )-> 5 balls in afternoon
Lyco (potential 30 )-> 5 balls in night

Along with Jaborandi Q.

1. Now, when I go to buy medicines online, i don't see any Lyco. I can see only Lycopersicum esculentum or Lycopodium clavatum LM. Could anyone help me in what i need to buy?

2. Also the medicines have LM & CH followed by their names, which one i need to buy. I am guessing LM.

3. Is potency 30 same as 0/30?

4. Can i have drops of this medicine rather than the 5 balls prescribed as medicine is available in tincture. How many drops should i take?

Thanks for any help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
That is not homeopathy. It is called allopathy with homeopathic medicines.

Such a therapy causes more harm to the patient, instead of helping.

That is homeopathy.

Any way, to answer your specific query, what your doctor meant was

Lycopodium Clavatum..30 CH

If you need proper help, post all your symptoms.

Thankyou for your help.

I have hair-loss/balding.
So this was suggested by my doctor.
So is lycopodium allopathy?
please let me know what would be the proper homeopathy medicine for this.

Lycopodium is not allopathy. Taking three medicines one in the morning, another in the afternoon, and the third in the evening is allopathic thinking with Homeo medicines.

This type of prescription has never cured anybody. Your symptoms may get suppressed, and your disease may move on to more important organs.

In homeopathy, it is not enough to state your complaint. You have to answer many questions.

IPlease answer the following questions in detail.

Age:
Height:
Weight:

CHIEF COMPLAINT:

1. What is your chief complaint (CC)? Tell as much about it as you can, including what is the worst part of it and why it's the worst: the sensations, the kind of pain, the location, how your energy has been affected (for example, has the complaint made you restless, weak, nervous, anxious, irritable, hypersensitive, effected your thirst and appetite, your body temperature, and so on).

2. When did this problem begin? What happened in
your life around that time? What do you think
caused it?
3. What aggravates the CC and what brings it on?(for example, certain types of food or weather, movement, light, noise, company, talking,
heat/cold, or anything else that you can think
of; please be specific) and what makes the CC better (for example hot or cold, massage, eating, lying still, music, company...)? What does it make you do to try to feel better?
4. At what time of the day or night is the CC the
worst? Specify an hour if you can.
5. What symptoms can you identify that accompany
the CC (whether directly related or not; for example, headache with nausea; or menstrual cramps with diarrhea; a cold with irritability and anger)?

GENERAL QUESTIONS
6. Environment: With regard to the seasons, weather, outdoor temperature, indoor temperature, drafts, air quality, airconditioning, ocean air, mountain air, humidity, the sun/rain/thunderstorms/clouds/fog, etc.: what environmental factors give you comfort and relief, and which ones cause discomfort and distress? Try to give examples.

Sorry for interjecting.
I have a query about last post.
You have said symptoms may get suppressed and disease may move to inner organs.

Can you please elaborate on suppression in homeopathy.and if someone finds relief in homeopathy then how to be sure it was cured and not suppressed.

The least dangerous diseases a living being can have as far as life threat is concerned are the skin problems, like

Eczema,Fungal infections,bacterial infections of skin.

The problems relating to cornea, conjuctiva, lips, palate, ears, sweat glands and parotids are of the same class.

What happens if you suppress them either with homeopathic or allopathic remedies. The skin problem vanishes, but the disease goes deeper.

Now, after a few months of suppressing the skin disease,

you may get

rhinitis,pharyngitis,gasritis,cystitis,apthous stomatitis,jaundice,typhoid etc.

The suppression won't happen if you get cured,in the real sense, by proper homeopathic medicines, administered in the proper way.

In that case, the disease is eradicated totally and you
regain optimum health.

How do we know whether the disease is suppressed or cured?

If you remain healthy for atleast an year without getting any of the diseases of the second tier, you can rest assured that you have been cured.

However,if you happen to get any disease of the second tier, then you have to suspect strongly the suppression aspect, particularly if these problems recur again and again.

If you happen to suppress the diseases of second tier, you will land into the group of diseases in the third tier.

they include..

Rheumatism of bones, muscles, cartilages, hoarseness of voice, psoriasis, spondylitis, alopecia etc..

it is to be remembered that as you keep on suppressing, and move up the tiers, your general health will keep deteriorating correspondigly.

so, a person with Eczema only, should consider him more fortunate than an arthiritis person.

It is very rare that a person will have a tier one problem along with tier three problems.

However, he may keep on getting any of the tier three diseases,as long as he remains on the same plane.

So,his psoriasis may improve ,but he may get spondylitis,or any of the diseases from the same group.

You normally find childern with Eczema, may have some problems of ears too or the problems of ear may alternate with eczema, but it is very rare that one will have Asthma and eczema together.

Now,let us see what happens if you suppress the third tier diseases.

You are likely to get

Nephritis,lymphangytis,piles,pericarditis,peritonitis,hypertension..etc.

Now, look back and see whether you recognise these disease progressions from one tier to the other, among your family, friends or acquitances.

you might have thought they got a new disease, but would never have thought that the new disease could have been due to suppression, either by ill indicated homeopathic remedies or allopathic remedies.

it is all from a book only, with my interjections here and there.

I am more than convinced with his theory.

Just type

Theory of suppression Dr.Vijayakar

in google and you have lot of information.

Cheaper editions are available from BJAIN,India .

Thank you. That was very helpful.
I suffered from cholinergic urticaria(heat) at age of 15 .I was given homeopathic remedies that seemingly cured me but it came up again and again and I had to take these pills again and again. Eventually they stopped working. I was in a very bad shape emotionally.
I had to move on to ayurveda which at least relieved urticaria but not my emotional turmoil.

I partially hate homeopathy for this experience as I think a real cure in beginning itself would have saved my later sufferings substantialy.
