chronic middle ear infection

I'm male 48 and have chronic middle ear discharge from left ear, from last 30 years, took allopathy medicines(antibiotics) for years followed by surgery, in surgery they remove ear drum to clear infection blockage , I was ok for one year but started discharge again, its now on and off , dry when I take medicine and start again few months after stopping antibiotic.
I took homeopathy for 3 years with 2 different homeopaths, but its a same thing it stops and dry for few months than start again after stopping medicine,
recently I took silicea 1m one dose daily for one week , as a result discharge is aggravated its yellow watery discharge slightly smell like sour cheese.
what is your best advice, thanks.

You should try this also
Heat up one cup of salt on a pan over low heat for a few minutes.
Place the hot salt on a cloth and seal the open end with rubber band
When it is bearably hot, lay down and put the cloth on the affected ear for 15to 20minutes.
Repeat this remedy daily as many times as needed. The heat generated from the sock will help draw out fluid from the ear and relieve swelling and pain.
