please help me
helloi am facing two mental problems..one is borderline personality disorder and other is that my brain continuously remains hyperactive through out the day.Right from after getting up in the morning my starts processing even i am busy on some activity my brain continuously process other info not relating to that activity.it takes 15 to 25 mints daily to fell in sleep.i heard from somewhere that the brain of genius peoples normally are hyperactive that why they face sleeping disorder..is this true?? and also suggest solution to my both problems

You are sure a GENIUS. Pls engage yourself with some fast moving video game preferably with an interactive x-Box.Try it for one week immediately after you have finished with your daily chores BUT before eating anything.Then take as much warm water as you can with a slight modicum of white vinegar.Your sleep does not appear to be abnormal.
