Height increase in 9 year old girl
My daughter is 9 year old. Her height is 123 cm. She looks short for her age.I have been suggested to give her Baryta Carb 30.
1) Is this the right age for giving this medicine? Or should i wait for a couple of more years to try some remedy.
2) Are there any side affects of this medicine. Is it safe to use.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
She should do some rope jumping regularly. She should also do some yogic postures that are good for height increase. A homeopathic remedy is generally taken on indications. Height deficit is not a good indication for taking a remedy. One need to assess more indications.

I have tried to improve her diet +increased physical activity +tried pedicure as well.
I feel the growth is less. How should one decide that what is the right time for talking this medicine.
What are the indications when medicine is suggested?

Indictions for remedy is a complex subject as homeopaths study this for ove 5 years and most of them still fail to understand proper principles. So, I would suggest you not to venture into this professional aspect. You are more likely to do some harm than good to your daughter out of all your anxiety and enthusiasm.
Coming to question of height increase, it majorly depends on the genetic inheritance from parents/even grand parents to soe extent. There are limitations as to how much her height can be influenced by medicines in the abscence of medcical problems that might be hindering her growth.
If she has any medical problems treat her suitably. That alone would help her gain some height. Physical exercises like Yog, Pranayam, skipping, swmming, jogging, cycling, etc. help boost height.

Homeopathic indications mean ....
her appetite
thirst
bowel movements
sleep pattern
behavior towards her parents and friends
perspiration etc.
These are the indications which give reference to the patient's phenotype.

Health wise she looks OK, takes regular meals. Even participates in lot of physical activities.
She is gaining weight also. Don't know why height is not increasing.
Can this be due to some Deficiency?

A behavioral pattern is a good pointer to homeopathic totality. If one could identify some distinct pattern like very sincere, very childish, timid etc it helps in selection of a homeopathic remedy.
A vitamin deficiency even if it is identified on the basis of some pathological reports can't be a good basis for homeopathic prescription.
