melasma

I have PCOS (insulin resistance, obesity and hirsutism) and am hypothyroid since i got married 7 years ago. I have developed melasma on my upper lip. I used hydroquinone creams but it comes back when i stop using it. Now i want a permanent solution for this and i heard that homeopathy can treat it by treating the underlying condition. help me out as i have become frustrated because of this.
