Severe throat pain

Sex : Female
Age : 26
Body built : Average
Season : Summer with high 90 F

I work 9 hours a day in a school with air-conditioning and sometimes go outside 2-3 times a day with around 80-90 F temperature outside.
I drink 1 cup of cold coffee with ice everyday.

The symptoms started 3 days back with throat pain only and slowly other symptoms started to develop.
I have taken Rhus Tox 30 in 30 mins interval for 4 times on the first day with no improvement.
I have taken Lachesis 30 on 3rd day in 2 hour interval for 2 times with no improvement.
Today is 4th day and the throat pain is getting worse.

continuous burning throat pain
there is also a sensation of splinter in throat
for past 3 days it the throat pain was in left side
now the pain is in left side as well as in center of the throat
don't feel like talking at all, it hurts to talk

swallowing solid food is very difficult
throat pain feels better with warm drinks
throbbing headache
pain in eyelid, eyelid seems heavy
body pain and feeling very week
No thirst of water
Hunger less than normal
stool is normal

always having a sensation of irritation
feeling restless to stay in one place, I feel like to stand up while sitting for some time and feel like to sit down while standing for some time
when I am in AC I feel like to go outside to get warmth, but after staying outside for sometime I feel like going in a AC room
feeling to lay down, while laying down I want to stay quite and lay in same position only
slight feverish feeling though body temp is normal
restless sleep with bad dreams
throat pain worse after waking in morning
running nose, slight cough

Please help me and suggest a remedy for my case.
