physical and psychological maturity

Hello,

I'm seeking help for physical and psycohological mauturity.
Info about me:
I'm a male of 31 years of age
height 6'1"
weight 189ibs

For the psycohological:
I lack maturity for my age as I still act like a little kid/teenager. Foolish,goofy.
argument/fighting with my parents. specially my mother. indecisive, emotionally sensitive. I come up with plenty of ideas but fail to execute. changing my mind about what I want to do in life. have anxiety,fear of disease or any other health sickness.
suffer from PE,sexual energy has gone down. poor desire for sex.

Physical: Me being a tall male(6'1" my toroso and waist grew large but my head and limbs(arms,hands,legs,feet)sexual organs stayed same size as when I was in my teenage years. I have under bite from my Jaw.


a brief history on me:
my mother gave me birth through c-section as she had 4 or 5 miss carriages where the baby would die in her stomach. Mother suffers from anxiety. I had started drinking at the age of 14 and drank very heavily when I was 15-18 and continue with drinking till I was 23-24. I started masturbating at the age of 10 and through my teenage years sometimes very excessively. having anxiety attacks while sleeping. I suffered from panic attach the age of 25 due to over consumption of coffee. I got over that episode and later about 6 months after had a total panic and anxiety attacks where it lead to depression. I saw myself out of that will help of Ayurveda medicine. took about 6 months to a year and after that never been fully free from anxiety. I currently taking Argentum homeopathy remedy for dizzy spills,fatigue,disoriented,lack of energy and sexual desire.

once I'm done with this medicine I would like to deal with the maturity that I been suffering from. any help would be great.
