anuj or gavin murphy advice

hi there, i last finished my doses of liquid LM1 remedy 3 weeks ago, some of my symptoms have returned, do i take another dose, or do i wait and see, the return symptoms are panic attacks, and palpitaions, i have had a good deal of stress in the last couple of weeks, would this have used the remedy up, so i need to redose? my homeopath is away until next month so can ask advice, thanks so much
