Help with overeating

kindly pen down more symptoms related to your mind,digestive system,periods,color of your tongue,any strange symptoms you experience,in case you have taken medical advice--what all medicines have been prescribed,odor of sweat,your child hood .

I have generalized anxiety disorder. My biggest fears are something bad is going to happen and looking physically bad to others,so I avoid going out. Most of my anxiety takes place when I think about going out and when I come home after being out, but when I am out I don't feel afraid, but I do feel self conscious. I get embarrassed very easily and this creates a lot of anxiety I have a slow digestive system.I bloat easily and sometimes my tongue is wet and clear, other times it has a creamy coating. I have full feeling which makes it hard to take deep breath in sometimes. is better when i drink water and take nat phos. I am 50 and I stopped menstruating for 13 months about 5 years ago but then it came back. My periods are heavy. Armpit odor is like onions.I have Body Dysmorphic Disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Concerning overeating: I feel better when I don't eat, don't not even feel hungry,but then when I start eating I can;t stop. I do not get thirsty. My weak areas are my eyes (watery, burning with dark circles and puffiness) bladder and muscles and I have lost hair on arms, legs and a I have no eyebrows. I had some child hood abuse and neglect and 2 abusive marriages. Sometimes feel depressed and overwhelmed. I have been given arsenicum album in in the past but it hasn't really helped my emotional problems.

can you please specify the child hood abuses?like very strict parents not allowing you to do what you wanted to do,sexual abuse,relation with your parents?
lost hair or is it lots of hair?
any other peculiar symptom which you can narrate.
any caving for addition of extra salt in the food
