Pain and stiffness -please help

Please can you help I have been referred by Dr Joe Delivera. Here is the post I put on his website:
Please can you help with my symptoms. I have intense lower back pain and stiffness. There is pain around the hips I think it’s nerve pain it feels sore and almost burning. Sometimes there is also pain and stiffness in my knees. My shoulders are also very stiff and I have limited range of movement in both shoulders (previously I had a left frozen shoulder). I feel better for stretching exercise and walking but I can never get rid of the pain. My sleep is less than it should be as I usually wake too early. I have food sensitivities and certain foods increase my pain – eg all grains, and cows milk. I do t have a normal amount of energy. Generally I am fairly upbeat and not prone to depression but my mind is overactive. The main problem I would like help with is the pain and stiffness. I don’t have arthritis and there is no real diagnosis from the doctor for me. In the past I had chronic fatigue so these symptoms may be due to the vague condition of fibromyalgia – who knows! Also I have developed a problem with balance. If I move quickly or move my head when I am upright I lose my balance and sometimes I feel a bit dizzy with this. Please can you help me? Did you try any Homeo medicines? If so, what are they?

No I haven't tried anything homeopathic recently although I have had homeopathic treatment in the past a year or so ago. I didn't really find a good remedy then and my symptoms have changed a bit now some I think it's best to start fresh.

Procure Causticum 200c..30ml. Liquid bottle..sealed..from any reputed manufacturer.

Let me know after procure the medicine for dosage instructions.

Mix 3 to 4 drops with about 50ml. Of water and take a tablespoonful as one dose. Preserve the balance water.

Stir well and take another dose tomorrow. Repeat in the same way day after tomorrow also.

Three doses in three days.

Report after one week.

I took the Causticum and the intense burning pain has gone. However I still have pain and stiffness which moves from him to hip, knee to knee and upper arm to upper arm. Currently I have pain and stiffness in my left hip and left knee and my right upper arm. The arm pain is where muscles insert. It is hard to description be the quality of the pain but I am very stiff. Swimming in ice old water improves the pain and wakes me up. Heat also eases the pain. Exercise helps. Energy levels are low and I have many food intolerances especially all grains including rice, also cows milk products. I have some family problems as my daughter has separated from her husband. We are travelling a 5 hour journey every week to look after our granddaughter. I want to do this travelling gone aide I adore my granddaughter and this time with her is precious but I
Looking after her hurts my back and I think that stress due to the situation also affect this. I feel better in nature. Please can you advise what to do next? Many thanks

Causticum will help you further too.

Use it for 3 days in a week as suggested previously. Come back after one month.

Problems like these get improved gradually.
