Suffering from P.E

Doctor,
I have been suffering from worst premature ejaculation for 18 years .my age-49 years .as early stage I used to masturbate once in a week.stoped it almost 18 years back. married in 1998 ,we have two children. while trying to perform intercourse after foreplay ejaculates with in 30 seconds. diabetes for 4 years .now under control by taking Allopathic medicin. I hv consult with homoeo Dr. no fruitful result come. Dr.suggested conium-200,
Lyco-1M ,Acid phos-200,Sulphure-200 two dose only ,no change found.
i am feeling depressed,pl help doctor, our family life disrupted.
mental condition:- easily temted ,hot, feel body temperature hot.left nail forefinger decaying ,corrugated,slight pain persit now & there,shape deformed both hand nail.pl help

I have used Homoeopathic medicin for continously six month & some gap ,
I never used harbs , currently
for sugar problem using -Syzyzium-Q, for headache Kaliphos-6x one month ,for nail pain Nat Mur-200 six months.satisfactory result not come.
for P.E mentaly upset. my wife is not happy at all,
please advice doctor,
