Possible pudendal neuralgia
Hello, I spent about 12-14 hours of a day by sitting on a chair. From about last year I am suffering from pelvic pain which includes penis, around anus. It all started one day that I got a very nerve type sharp pain in my genitals/perenium for about 3 days straight. After that, the symptoms changed and have stayed.. Per consulting with my doctor All the lab reports : urine routine, urine culture ,prostatic fluid, blood test etc came back normal and Doctor said it was psychological problem. Ever since no hope I have been challenging this issue on my own trying different remedies and visiting acupuncture treatments (recently). but no sign of relief.One pattern that I have observed that Pain is worse in the evening and better during the morning.
Also my penis head is suffering the most and when I see the urethral walls (both right and left) there is something like urethral inflammation which purple colored. The discomfort is usually triggered when I'm sitting down, if I lay down on my stomach it goes away. Also I feel major relief when I go to the bathroom for #2.. Often symptoms are feeling like urine is stuck in urethra after urinating, pain on the perenium, if I press gently it feels like a slight burning/cut sensation. Sometimes if I massage the area it tends to help.. Also frequent urination, sometimes it feels like bladder is not empty even thought it is. This has also affected my sexual dysfunction and quality of life. Some times symptoms are all there for few days or weeks then goes and comes back... I have been avoiding spicy foods, coffee, caffeine and have been eating healthy and consuming lots of fruit as recommended by my acupuncture specialist.. I am frustrated and after countless researching I came across a possible diagnose of pudendal neuralgia as all
Symptoms seem to match. Please I need help for ways to solve all of this issued as they have also affected my sex life. Many thanks

For Hypericum what form Pellets or tablets? also what size for both Hypericum and Magnesia?
I see both of these seem to be nerve related medicine. I buy buy these and will check back.
Also, Is there anything I can take for Sexual dysfunction to Re store? I have major impotence, Erections are rare/weak, Cannot last long in bed. I am not sure if constant masturbation is a factor since my teenage years until now.. I am now 22 years old.

Bladder pressure and pain that gets worse as your bladder fills up.
Pain in your lower tummy, lower back, pelvis, or urethra (the tube that carries pee from your bladder out of your body)
For women, pain in the vulva, vagina, or the area behind the vagina
For men, pain in the scrotum, testicles, penis, or the area behind the scrotum
The need to pee often (more than the normal 7-8 times daily)
The feeling you need to pee right now, even right after you go

also I have been experiencing left lower quadrant discomfort/pressure. Especially if I apply pressure with my hand.

Avoid tea and coffee as they can aggravate the symptoms.
Keep the bladder empty as holding on to urine will only make matters worse and encourage a more serious infection.
It is advisable to empty the bladder after sex to avoid infection.
Bathing and hygiene products such as talcum powder and perfumed soap should all be avoided as they irritate your urethra.
Don’t wear tight trousers; pure cotton underwear is best.
Have CANTHARIS 30 THREE TIMES A DAY IN ADDITION TO MP, hold hypericum.
