--no way tell potency--because by what bit info u have told--it is not even certain causticum is remedy
anal warts need be considered as part of total symptomology--not treated seperatly..

stop med use as such..
correct treatment --as long as med is true (not false from pharmacy),no maintaining factor of illness in patient's life,and medicine is most homoeopathic to case---u will see immediate response --morbid changes --polop--will take time to leave--but sensations and mind frame will be improved--mind less envolved with thinking particular ills lessened..
