Depression (postpartum) help

Hello!
I am 5 months postpartum and really struggling. My baby does not sleep and screams when I try and get her to sleep (silent reflux, gas, and poor sleeping habits).
I thought I could pull myself out of this depression, but my temper and sadness is becoming too much.

I am new to homeopathy, and could use some help for both me and baby desperately

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi! I am 8 months post pardum--- congratulations on your little one :)
This isn't homeopathic, but have you tried cutting out a few things from your diet at first? If you're breastfeeding, (I don't mean to assume) cutting out thugs like dairy and gluten can help with baby's gas and reflux.
If you're (unknowingly) sensitive to these things it can be disrupting your healing as well.
Definitely continue to seek help here from one of the doctors who frequent this forum, but don't neglect your diet as well.
Best of luck to you and I really hope you feel better!! I know right now feels like an eternity of crying and long nights, but it gets better I promise! :)

Hello!
No meds currently, just giving baby nat phos 6x for her silent reflux. I purchased belladonna today as a recommendation to help her sleep, but haven't given it yet.
No skin conditions for either of us since I cut dairy and soy from my diet. Before that she had severe baby "acne"
I breast feed exclusively.

Things that make my depression worse are most things... being around anyone, even my 2 kids sets me on edge and depletes me. Also not sleeping exacerbates my sadness and temper. The baby crying makes me want to run away!
Things that make it better are being alone, hot showers and sugar.

single dose sepia
2 pellets 30c in 4 oz water--in drinking glass--stir heavy--1 tablespoon dose --
mum is to take this dose in afternoon ....1 hour before eating or drinking and at least 1 hour after having eaten

do not repeat dose..

no other meds for baby (being breastfed) and mum---thru breastmilk babe will be effected as such--babe's symptoms are considered for prescription..(from other thread)

avoid anything u know to cause any sort of aggravation
as well avoid--coffee,tea,colas (caffeine in general)
also avoid strong acidic foods/drinks
encouraged --to eat whole food diet--gaining nutrition thru foods--but not strongly herbed or spiced...

post freely back --and keep eye for an y new symptoms that may occur...

Thank you for taking the time to help us! Just one dose should be enough to help?
