Dilution

If diluting remedies doesn't change the effect of it does it stand to say I can add a vial or a few pilliles to 10ml of brandy and use that as a stock to make further liquid remedies from or even to then saturate sugar pills with?

Don't use it to saturate sugar pills. You can use it as drops.
