itchy burning scalp and hair loss

I'm 58 year old female. I started having an itchy, burning scalp and the beginning of this year but the hair loss has been gradual and going on for years. Scalp is red, I have places on my body where it will burn for a few seconds and go away, rashes that appear here and there on my body that appear for no reason. If I scrape my skin on cardboard it raises an itchy welt that lasts for 5 or 10 minutes, but then I'll scrape up against a box again and no welt. I have diffused hair loss but mostly around the front and sides. The back of my scalp near the nape of my neck itches all the time and the back of my neck burns down to the shoulder blades. I am dry everywhere, especially my eyes and genital area, but that is usually relieved by increasing water intake. Sometimes it feels like someone is pulling certain hairs constantly and it's slightly painful. There is tingling that comes and goes. When I wake up in the morning I usually feel no itching until I have my first cup of coffee. Then it is persistant. I have little energy, suffer depression, have small headaches now and then and eyes itch and sometimes vision is poor. I don't know if that is because eyes are dry or not. This is causing me a lot of stress as I am so upset about the hair loss and because the scalp is always itching, burning or tingling, I can't quit thinking about it. Hairspray and mousse burn my scalp. I use hairspray because I have fine, light hair and have to pull it back for work, so the hairspray keeps the bangs in place, covering the balding spots. My hair has always been oily but since my hysterectomy years ago, it feels more oily and the smell is stronger. I thought about iodine deficiency, I have tried Hair La Vie, and got some oil to put on my hair but none of that worked because I feel I have a problem with the scalp and follicles that is causing this. Went to a doctor and he said it was female pattern baldness but I'm sure that that doesn't cause itching, tingling and burning. Please help. This is awful. I live in Alaska, first developed pollen allergies about 5 years ago, non-diabetic, no blood pressure issues, was diagnosed with low vitamin D but have been taking D3. Not on any medications. Allergy pills make the bottoms of my feet tingle so I don't take them. I take magnesium and zinc regularly, fish oil, B complex sporadically. I drink more than 3 cups of coffee a day, am a smoker, usually drink one beer a day, but not every day. I was taking a lot of antibiotics a few years back because of dental problems. The only other issue I have at the time is ear pain. The dentist thought I might have trigeminal neuralgia, but my chiropractor thought it was my jaw being out of alignment and tight, painful scalp muscles. The last doctor I went to told me my ear drum was sucked up against the bone because my sinuses are always swollen from the pollen allergy. My nose always runs, and on heavy pollen days it feels like I've been punched in the eyes. I don't know if any of this is related.

No caffeine at all? What are these things you suggested supposed to help with specifically? Thanks.

The spray is laced with chemicals and has an adverse effect on the skin.

Coffee dilutes the effect of homeopathic remedies.
