Dog with Pyometra - Very Urgent

Dog was hospitalised on Friday and put on drip as she was not eating at all for 4 days. She is totally emaciated - really reduced to skin and bones, very weak, dehydrated despite drinking alot of water. mm pink; abdominal palpation nad
Tried all kinds of food including raw meat. She wanted to so much to eat the meat but ended up licking and guarding it instead. In the end, have to throw away all the food each day.
She is drinking alot of water and passing out alot of urine as well.
Lab report:
ALP (Alkaline phosphatase) = 298* (normal 20-150)
Alt = 12
Bun = 58* (normal 7-25)
Cre 0.8
Glucose 40* (normal 60-110)
Tp (Total Protein) = 9* (normal 5.4-8.2)
CBC: WBC = 87.8* (normal 6-17)
Kt = 1.0 (normal 12-30)
Mo = 9.9
Gr = 89.1* (normal 62-87)
Rbc 4.4 (5.5 8.5)
Hgb 10.6 (12-18)
Hct = 27.7 (37-55)
Plt = 85 (200-500)
Any can help what is Kt, Mo, Gr under CBC? Also mm pink; abdominal palpation nad?
Vet has suggested immediate surgery but on the day of surgery (yesterday), I received a call from her rescuer saying that this dog has a heart condition and will definitely not pull through under GA. So the operation was cancelled and dog was discharged. Vet and rescuer suggested PTS but I am not going to sign that paper to end her life.
So now I am told that the dog is anaemic, womb filled with lots of pus, liver enlarged, huge increased in WBC, kidney may be affected. She is dripping urine and yesterday she had very soft offensive stool at the clinic.
I have given her Lyco 1M, I think on Tues together with Pyrogenum, Baptisia and Echinacea. I am continuing to give Lyco because after each repertorisation, Lyco came out top 2. The other top remedy kept changing. At the same time I am giving her the Bio Chemical Tissue Salt Combination for anaemic.
Any suggestion how I can flush/drain the pus out of her womb and to prevent dehydration? Wanted to put dog on continuous drip but vet said no since she is a bit more hydrated now.

I strongly suggest stopping the Lycopodium. It is first of all not to be repeated too often and if it is not an exact fit can cause that state to appear in the animal.
I do believe you may be proving the remedy. For now I suggest stopping the remedy.
Remedy finder is a nice tool, but not always precise.
Try one dose of Nux Vomica 200C if you have it to clear her. or 30C if you have that. Wait an hour or more. Or however long you have. I have done this and it works.
Then proceed with the following.
I would then stick with Echinacea and China is excellent for dehydration. Try 6X or 30C or whatever low dose you can find.
ANd have a look at these remedy suggestions for Pyometra.
Hepar Sulph 6C or 30C-'open' case where infection is present, possible loss of appetite, increased thirst, and offensive red to dark red discharge. This remedy is great for clearing infection. Dose 3-4 x daily for 4-7 days.
Caulophyllum 30C-Very dark red or chocolate colored discharge. It clears the uterus and restores muscle tone. Dose 3 x daily for 5-10 days until better.
Have a look at Sepia as well 6C or 30C- Dose 3 x daily for 5-7 days until better. They tend to be chilly, indifferent, like to hide.
For dehydration feed her the following drink.
1 quart of clean water with 1 T of sugar or honey and 1 T of salt. Mix it together and give her a little at a time so she gets even more electrolytes. You can mix the bio=plasma right in this as well.
If she won't eat or is territorial, mince the raw meat and mix in some cooked chicken or fish to get her appetite wet. Make sure she is fed in a private area where she does not feel threatened.
You can also feed her goat's milk with some raw egg yolk and 1 T of honey or molasses.
She needs to eat, whatever it is she needs to get her fluid levels and iron levels up. Red meat and molasses are high in iron. Even if it is cooked for now.

Namaste, I found dog in my bedroom floor in the morning with some vomits. Half dead - drained out. Quickly went into the kitchen to prepare the Homeo medicines in water. She was slightly better half an hour later - starting to show her teeth and snapping again!
Vomits of goat milk plus little minced meat. This afternoon she vomitted milk with honey.
She ate some mince meat in the evening, the rest of the meat she is just guarding carefully.
I'm a bit worried that her stomach is rejecting the little food that she is taking.

Continue with China. Can you get her to a vet, she really needs an iv. Or can you get the vet to show you how so you can give her one at home?
She sounds very ill and vomiting of her food is probably due to the infection inside her. Is any of it draining yet?
Nux is good for vomiting. So is Ipecac. Ipecac has lots of salivation. Nux is irritable, territorial, wants to be left alone.
Try and research on the net about how to get this infection to drain. I have a great book on order, unfortunately it is not here yet.

From what I have read. She has closed cervix pyometra that is why it is not draining. It is life-threatening because the infection can spread to the liver and kidneys. Vomiting and lethargy are a sign that her major organs are now suffering because of this.

Treatment is either surgery or hormones/antibiotics to make the uterus contract. I know she can't have surgery so I am trying to find remedies to get her uterus to contract.

You've got to get this infection to drain asap.
Regarding feeding her. Give her just a bit of food and when she is done eating, take the food away. That will let her body rest. She is guarding it, because she is only able to eat a little because she is ill. In the wild, wolves guard their food, even if they don't eat all of it. They save it for later from predators. Offer her food every 2-3 hours and water as often as possible.
