dizziness,in early morning

Dear Sir,
My father is 58 years old and recently got one bells palsy on right side and after 15 days of that he got paralytic attack on left side but physically he is ok and active.Now after this he is facing dizziness in early morning between 5 to 7 after releasing his urine in morning. he fallen off recently due to this. he is having BP since last 25 years and sugar since last 15 years.His cretanine is also high and for this he is taking solidigo Q.
please recommend which medicine need to take for this.

Please give him causticum 30 in morning and nux vomica 30 in evening for 10 days. You may continue Solidago.

One dose means 2 pills or drops.
