"Extreme Gas and Pain in Whole abdomen"
Hello Expert,I have been facing extreme gas problem and pain in my whole abdomen from one month. I am suffering from IBS for long time but it was not worst. I usually take ESOZ L (Esmoperazole and Levosulpride combination) and that works pretty well in my case. however this medicine is not taking effect the way it should be. whatever I eat instantly my stomach become full and heavy and I start feel uneasy and start belching and that continues. the heaviness and mild pain in my whole abdomen continues for several hours and during empty stomach I feel gas and seems to my stomach is swelled internally. Please let me know if could get any medicine that give me relax as I am really afraid.

Yes I do have constipation problem and my B12 level is now perfect but after taking b12 shots but I had this deficiency for more than 1 year. I still have fatigue and other symptoms but better than before.
Is vitamin b12 deficiency creating this problem ? your help would be appreciated.

Calcarea Carb 200
3,4 drops in 1/4 cup of water empty stomach in the morning do not eat after for half an hour.
Daily one dose for three days
Then two days of a week continue for a month.
Report after 2 weeks.

Hello Dr mnaari,
After taking these medicines I don't have any relief at all.I can feel burning in whole stomach and even after several hours I feel heaviness after eating food.
I though I need to add these two symptoms. Please suggest as this problem making my life worst and giving me lot of anxiety.

Calcarea Carb is slow acting remedy.
It will take some time.
Meanwhile you can use colchicum 200 once a day
