dr.sajid mahmood - strept throat

Usually one dose of any remedy clears up a problem within a half hour or so. Two days ago I took Lycopodium at 1PM and still had the sore throat when I woke at 2:30AM. However, as usualy, it was better during the day.

I neglected to mention that I had a cough as well and yesterday could barely catch my breath during a coughing spell. I could not talk for a while and my throat hurt again. I thought that coughing may have irritated it so before I went to bed I did a saline nasal cleanse and "blew out" a huge amount of mucous. Last night I slept through the night without coughing and woke this morning with the sore throat gone.

I am continuing to use the saline method and also gargling with salt water. This is the first time in a week I am without a sore throat and I am very pleased.
