Serious Problem - Help Wanted..

I'm a young man in my early twenties. For a couple of years now I've been eating my girlfriend's sh*t - it's very tasty (she tells me it's good for me). But I get these weird little red blisters in my mouth and on my tongue and my colleagues keep complaining that I smell like rotten meat out of my mouth. Please help me. Don't just write that I should stop eating sh*t because I can't.
