dry cough

A woman of 64 years is suffering from dry cough. She feels as if urine will pass out during cough. Please suggest a remedy.

in what conditions the cough gone better or worse?

Basically it starts suddenly.Worsens when talking, drinking cold(room temperature water). It has stated after exposure to cold. When she is silent , no cough occurs

Try Aconite if anything is due to cold exposure. Aconite 30 2pills 3 times a day for a week.

I think RUMEX CRISPUS 30, thrice a day for 2 days will be 100% more helpful for the fiven symptoms then any other remedy.
IF you use then report back after 2 days.
