Problem with Diabetes & High Blood Pressure

Dear Doctors, My mom is a Diabetic patient. Fast : 212. She also has high BP. Her age is 48 yrs. She is always fond of tea with milk. She takes it daily twice or some times thrice as well. She is really a sensitive person and always becomes hyper, depressed & very angry. She is a housewife and thinks that she has not received anything from the life. She is sad with anger and stops speaking with everyone and sometimes she stops eating, drinking water due to anger & even stops medicines. She likes roaming. But my father does not really give time to her due to his business. Could anyone of you pl suggest the remedy for this. In morning she is always having some dizziness and she feels that her body is internally jerking. She feels pain in the back of the head .Her middle head is always very hot. Pl pl suggest some way forward in homeopathy to recover this

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Tell her to walk daily for 40 minutes at least. This will resolve a lot of things in 2-3 months.
