Male Pattern Baldness .

Sir ,
I am 25 years old and suffering from male pattern Baldness . It started 3 years ago , when I was having my examinations and was under a lot of stress . During the same period I had a breakup, guess that acted as a catalyst. I have a history of MPB in the family . My paternal side have the same thing .

Regarding my Behavioral aspects , I am very sensitive to things. Even on a small matter I would start cribbing a lot . I value relations very much . I get angry very often and it is always very extreme. Whenever I get angry I can feel the heat in my ears . I also have anxiety issues. I sweat a lot . Even on a cold day , my body will sweat. I worry too much about the future because I expect higher things for myself. I procrastinate a lot .

Scalp Conditions :- My hair are always dry as if they are life less . I used to have full head of thick hair before it started . No dandruff . At times it itches a lot .

Physical/Medical Conditions :- I exercise regularly. Average muscular , Small accumulation of abdominal fat .
Last year I had a severe attack of pancreatitis and was admitted to hospital for a week . I often feel pain over the same spot but it heals own its own . I am a occasional drinker but whenever I drink , end up drinking a lot . I have had issues with digestion since childhood . It is weak . Once or twice a year I end up throwing bile out of my mouth .
Other conditions :- My sleep is not very relaxing . I dont feel fresh when I wake up in the morning and tend to wake 2-3 times during my sleep hours .I have trouble with my erection as well and premature ejaculation.

Please advice me what steps should I take . I started taking Finestride 1 mg and application of Minoxidil 3 days ago but I dont think I want to continue with Finestraide because of the side effects associated with them .
