bad breath

HELLO DR.

I am 30yrs old guy.

1)I have a bad breath problem, though I brush my teeth two times daily.

2) and also if I dont eat or dont talk to anyone for few hours, my tongue taste become bitter.

3) my teeth also have out of shape. front tooth have big gap and bigger size also.

4) when I drink cold water or eat ice cream it start paining.

* in past dr has uprooted my two teeth from right lower side. that place is vacant now.

* i have little acidity prblm too.

plz help me dr.

Merc sol 30 4,5 drops in 1/4 cup of water three times of a day half an hour before or after meals.
Continue for a week then report the progress
