Dr kadwa please help need a proper remedy

Hello doc.,
Inm 26 years old male,I have been masturbating since age of 12 ,now I m facing following issues:
1. Weak erections
2. Shrinked penis
3. Erection lasts for few seconds.
Kindly suggest me some medicines

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
day 1 to day 3
Staphysagria 200 twice a day


day 4 to day 15
Acid Phos 30 twice a day

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
