Enlarged adonoids-Dr Kadwa

Greeting!
We have a son and a daughter age 2.5 years, twins. My daughter has no problem, the son has a problem with adenoids. A year and a half of hard to breathe through the nose, which is of course exacerbated when he have cold. In the past year and a half day had a 6 times and treating a sore throat with antibiotics . The last two months we gave him steroids through the nose was a little better until they were used . The first part of the night snoring, and the second part of the night fought for air, breathing through the mouth. We went to a specialist but they do not want to operate before three years of life. All agree that the problem is probably adenoid. A cheerful child loves to run and play, but when running sweat hard on the head. His head is still hot stronger when active, hands and feet are normal temperature. He does not like unfamiliar surroundings, he needs more time to get familiar to other people. He loves to cuddle, hi is jealous. He is shy , distrustful of strangers . Long it takes to get to know someone and get used to . With family members is open and very intelligent, gets everything he wants and knows how to achieve it. Bright's complexion, his eyes bright blue. We live in Croatia, we have difficult to order remedies, we have to wait three weeks. I ordered Agraphis nutans 5c and 30c from “Lehning” because according to the information available on the Internet that best fits their symptoms. I ordered also Calcarea carbonica 5c and Tuberculinum 5c from “Boiron”. Please Help dosing recommendations or perhaps some other remedies.
