URGENT : weakness, slow pulse , constipation and diabetes

My grandma 63 yrs old is taking allopathic medicines for BP,sugar and heart weakness. For the past week she is feeling weak, feeble and like fainting. Her BP fell low and her doc reduced the allopathic tablets to half. She's is also having constipation. She has intense thirst and drinks lot of water. She urinates 3 times every night and is suffering from insomnia. She feels averse to food and loss of food. She is obese and dark complexion. She has a swelling on umbilicus and its extending to upper half of hypochondric region size of closed fist. Some times she is also having colic pains in abdomen. All these symptoms agravate during every summer. Some times she used to experience heart pains. Bryonia 200 is given and of no use. Please suggest me homoeopathic medicines with biochemics.
