Weaning from Effexor

I have been on a 6 week program to wean myself from 75 m perday. I am now at 37.5 and had a day without Effexor yesterday.

The brain zapping has been with me on and off throughout my usage. I was not prepared for the dizziness and nausea. Is there something I can take to alleviate this. Has any one successfully weaned themselves.

If there ever is a class action suit, I feel I would like to be involved.
