Left temple headaches/vertigo/jaws
Hello,I am having headaches in my left temple mostly, sometimes it could be right temple as well since February. Feels like my head is pressed into the inside, but at the same time pressure will relief the headache. Sometimes it feels like a screw driven into my temple. I can not wear any eyeglasses, hurts my temples. Headache pain is often comes with pain in the jaws and spreading to upper facial bones.
Headaches come right after I got up in the morning and lasts whole day. If I'd be free of headache, I would start having vertigo.
My blood pressure normal overall, could spike up if I am stressed or nervous.
I am menopausal now and having hot flushes, night sweats, last 2-3 weeks extremely dry skin, eyes.
I tried Belladonna without any success.
Blood test has been done in February, everything was normal.
Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Hello Dr. Mahfooz,
It's been 7 days after taking Lach-200. I was going to write that it's got better. Then today, first half of the day was quite miserable. I think it might be due to the stress of the important meeting, that i had. I've got again headache in the left temple, sometimes along with right temple pain. The pain is still like a screw driven in. When I bend down, feels like too much blood is coming to the head.My doctor is suspecting it could be TMJ and servical strain.
The positive side - I can wear glasses a bit longer then before, the pain is not constant, it comes and goes through the day.
I am trying to do head self massage.

It's been three weeks after Lach-200, my headaches are milder now. It might come back, not too strong and lasts less. Still can't wear glasses for long time. Occasionally, I have sensitive/tender areas on scalp.
Also for about three weeks have pain in fingers and palms, hips. I am taking anti-inflammatory medicine for three weeks prescribed by the doctor without any results.
