Lack of confidence plz suggest remedy

Hii i m male 28 from india. Bartra and gelsemium had done miracle for me i became confident and happy. But again lack confidence what should i do after repeating remedy it is not working higher potency of barta also not working tried belladonna as well, Nux Vomica. What should be taken now to become confident again sulphur lycopodium or Pulstilla??
